Pro Tech Super Charger 702 Manual

Model Craft MFG Pro-Tech Super Charger AC/DC 702, RC Vintage Pro-Tech Charger, Plugged it in, measured the output voltage somewhere around 10 volts, didn't test the 12 Volt battery input but the AC input worked it seems and delivered output voltage. Don't know too much about these RC chargers this one from the estate of a guy who had lot's of cars, planes, and contraptions he built, batteries, power supplies and various other parts I'll be listing soon.
